Pausa

9 - 12 May 2024

4-day, 3-night

Odemira, Portugal

I’m not sitting here trying to be peaceful, but can I sit with myself as peace?

Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen

Everything is unfolding from one self-renewing source. And when we take a pause at retreat it feels a potent portal of magnetic stillness align in time and space.

The retreat is in honour of the precious moment of Pausa. A process to reevaluate, to crystallise our intentions, to attuned our bodies to receive, to involve all senses in nature, a loving call to find new ways of integration.

The experience will always be for special connection to self and others, whatever meaning you ascribe to the powerful energy we will create together.

My hope is to invite you to take some time to slow down and be with your own felt experience, so we can dig deeper into this investigation and reflection in how this intention assimilates in our practice, in our-self and connection to others.
