MOMENTA IS…

An integrated approach for holistic self-expression through movement, music and art. It’s a primary source to cultivate our creativity and connect to others in a more experiential way that feels intuitive, empowered and supported.

WHAT ARE THE INTENTIONS OF MOMENTA WORKSHOPS?

Through diverse methodologies Momenta offers space for each person's skillset to expand into new dimensions of possibility, and find freshness and presence for our authentic self-expression.

Practices are based on bodywork, creative therapies, music, voice, yoga, performing arts, and other body-mind disciplines for both to transpose our unique expression and to revive the importance of community through individual and collective participation.

MOMENTA BELIEVE…

That by exploring our three main elements (movement-music-art) with curiosity; through improvisation, inquiry and spontaneity, we develop greater intuitive knowledge.

Momenta opens an experiential pathway for us to discover and embrace our authentic self through which we can construct our experiences, understandings and perceptions.

THE TEAM

We believe in the power of individual participation and collective collaboration, the magic to share and to help each other catch our dreams. This is our dance with life, in and out between different partners in a state of cooperative existence.

Embodiment is the awareness of the cells of themselves. It is a direct experience. There are no intermediate steps or translations. There is no guide. There is no witness. There is the fully known consciousness of the experienced moment.
