New beginnings and the uncertainty of change has motivated me to create a remarkable shift in my life. Transitioning from Venezuela, to Spain, it was later in London where my yoga teaching rooted and became an integral part of my life.

I am a teacher and mediator, facilitating deep internal journeys of body-mind, breath and creative arts through yoga and retreats in Portugal.

The continuous study and exploration of bodywork disciplines, forms of yoga and spiritual practices translates into traditional and contemporary movement principles into a slow and fluid sequences offering a somatic style of vinyasa yoga, to experience listening deeply to stay close to what’s coming alive to our physical, mental, and emotional body with curiosity and open awareness.

I love to explore the power of the voice through kirtan and mantras with my harmonium.

I believes our practice helps us to show up for ourselves with consistency so we find our capacity for a bigger, deeper love and understanding of ourselves and our relationship to our environment and each-other.

My practice and teaching is inspired by:

Jean Hall (main mentor, embodied practice), Claudia Dossena (Senior Iyengar teacher), and Mimi Kuo Deemer (Qigong). Deeply honouring new studies and exploration from Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and her body of work: Body Mind Centering. Aki Omori (developmental movement patterns). I am also deeply grateful to Paula Andreewitch for her teachings in chant, philosophy and meditation.

I am currently doing the Fascia Mastery for Yoga Teachers Course with Joanne Avison and Arhanta Yoga Ashrams Academy.
