Movement, awareness, and the quiet intelligence of the sensing body.
A practice of listening, sensing, and subtle perception.
Lisbon-based somatic-informed yoga teacher and facilitator working at the intersection of movement, embodiment, and awareness.
I guide slow, mindful practices that integrate mobility, breath-led flow, and awareness of sensation.
Classes unfold through progressively layered sequences and thoughtful transitions.
Grounded in somatic awareness and sustainable alignment, my approach blends precision and softness.
Cultivating both strength and depth, while supporting clarity, resilience, and long-term vitality.
I was born in Venezuela, and my path has carried me across cultures and landscapes. I first discovered yoga in Mallorca, later deepening my studies in London, where this work became central to both my professional and personal life. Since 2016, Portugal has been my home.
My work weaves together yoga, voice, breath, art, meditation, and nature to create immersive spaces for self-enquiry and connection.
An invitation to sense our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the wider living world to which we belong.
I guide retreats, workshops, and gatherings rooted in experiential body–mind practices, with a focus on somatic awareness, subtle movement, and fresh sensory perception.
Alongside embodied practice, I share mantra and group chanting in a simple, heart-centred way, using voice and harmonium to open spaces of shared resonance.
Everything is moving, sensing, and remembering itself. You can explore my current classes, retreats, or simply say hello.
Certifications & Ongoing Learning
I completed my Triyoga Teacher Training Diploma in London (2015), accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK)..
My early studies were grounded in Iyengar and Vinyasa flow, and I later trained in Yoga Mindfulness for Children with Jo Manuel at the Special Yoga Foundation.
My path continues to evolve through studies in somatic movement, Qigong, chanting, and embodied anatomy, drawing inspiration from the work of teachers including Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Jean Hall, Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Claudia Dossena, Aki Omori and Paula Andreewitch.
I am currently deepening my studies through Joanne Avison’s Fascia Mastery programme, the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Arhanta Yoga, and a professional training in Psychocorporal Facilitation (PCF) with Fundasoma - an approach that integrates body-based awareness, emotional process, and relational presence.
Before dedicating myself fully to movement and somatic practices, I studied Corporate Journalism at the Universidad Santa María in Venezuela, completing my Bachelor’s degree in 2004.
