Transitioning from Venezuela to Spain, it was later in London where my yoga teaching took root and became an integral part of my life.
Now based in Portugal, I am a teacher and mediator, guiding immersions in experiential body-mind work, breath, nature, music, and art creation through yoga and retreats. In these spaces, fresh sensory perceptions, movement, and change are always unfolding.
My teaching focuses on a slow, fluid vinyasa style that emphasises somatic awareness, inviting students to listen deeply and explore their physical, mental, and emotional states with curiosity and presence. I am also passionate about the healing power of voice, sharing kirtan and mantras with my harmonium to create spaces of heart-centred connection and devotion. For me, yoga is a grounding practice that cultivates self-love, deeper understanding, and a sense of connectedness with each other and the world.
My practice and teaching are inspired by the guidance of my mentors: Jean Hall in embodied practice, Claudia Dossena in Iyengar, Mimi Kuo Deemer in Qigong, and ongoing studies with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen (Body-Mind Centering) and Aki Omori (developmental movement patterns). Currently, I am expanding my knowledge through Joanne Avison’s Fascia Mastery for Yoga Teachers and advanced training with Arhanta Yoga Ashrams Academy. I am also deeply grateful to Paula Andreewitch for her teachings in chant and meditation.

Certification:
Accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga, I completed my Triyoga Teacher Training Diploma in 2015 and furthered my studies with Jo Manuel in Yoga Mindfulness for Children at the Special Yoga Foundation in London.
In 2020, I founded Momenta, a holistic approach to self-expression that combines movement, nature, and art, guiding us toward presence and discovery. Living in Portugal, my days are filled with this work, as well as with art, music, and special friends.
