Dynamic, breath-led yoga sequences that integrate with somatic movement. These classes are open to everyone who enjoys moving and connecting with embodied awareness - to slow down, notice the subtle details and shifts within body and mind, and sense how they connect us with life around us.

WHAT IS SOMATIC MOVEMENT?

Somatic movement is the felt experience of your body in the present moment - what we call embodiment. It’s not only movement you can see with the eyes, but also movement the eyes can’t see, such as breath. It’s about connection. Understanding the interplay between mind and body ultimately offers greater insight, as the process reveals so much about yourself.

YOGA CLASSES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Breath awareness (arriving and grounding)

  • Physical postures (asanas)

  • Somatic inquiry (feeling and refining inner sensation)

  • Vinyasa (breath-led sequences, movement flow)

  • Pranayama (gentle techniques to balance energy)

  • Meditation (quiet attention and presence)

  • Rest & integration (restorative postures & unwinding)

  • Voice & mantra (optional) (sound to feel resonance and stillness)

  • Living yoga (small reflections for daily life)
