ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
A space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the intelligence of your body.
This is not a standard yoga class.
It is a personalised process where we work with your body, your nervous system, and your way of moving and responding to life.
THE PRACTICE
Each session is shaped around where you are - physically, mentally and emotionally.
Rather than following a fixed structure, we listen, adapt, and build progressively.
Through breath-led movement, somatic awareness and refined attention, the practice supports greater clarity, resilience and trust in your body over time.
Sessions are available:
• In person, in my private space in Lapa (Lisbon)
• Online via Zoom
You can work 1:1 or share a session with a friend.
