CORPORATE CLASSES


YOGA AT YOUR WORKSPACE OR ANY OTHER PLACE YOU CHOOSE CAN OFFERS AN UNUSUAL BREAK AND WELLNESS PROGRAM TO YOUR TEAM.

Classes are suitable for all levels and each session usually combines breathing practice, mindfulness meditation, and yoga postures.

Classes can be offered at the beginning of the day, as mid-day break setting you up for the day, or as a relaxing way to end a long day. This is a wonderful way to help increase motivation and productivity, but also to refresh and relax.
